Anyone know who it is?

It was moving kinda fast {wonder why?} but it looked like the plate was

Now why would an MM be in a place called Downer's Grove. Must be scouting for Hondas, Accords, and 300Cs. :dunno: :rofl:

If your talking the 355 expressway... or I 88 Isn't the average speed between 70-90 just so you don't get run over.
