04 w sunroof overhead console removal

Anyone know how to remove the overhead console in an 04 with the factory moonroof? I'm getting a rattle/vibration there from the subwoofer. It's annoying as heck and I was thinking to pull it down and Dynamat the underside of it.

The console itself "should" be held in there with clips. The bracket underneath will have screws. I just looked at my console and did not see any screws holding it(console) in.
