Seat problem

I get the illusion of the seat being loose,but its not.And it feels like a busted spring hitting me in the A$$$$.Any one else have this problem?:o

in the back at the ass or underneath? I was told to watch the lumbar support which can aparently "pop" and feel like a spring. But that would be in the base of your back
