I spotted a Marauder at the intersection of 395 & King Street in Alexandria, Virginia. This was not any everyday Marauder. It was a Kenny Brown with V.A license plates. I was able to talk to him about this site at the traffic light, I think he lurks, and invited him to the next meet. I forgot to ask what his KB numbers was, sorry.
