WTB: Tailshaft housing

I am looking for the tailshaft housing for 4R70W that was used on Crown Vic cop cars, Marauders and Town Cars with aluminum driveshaft.

Is the tail shaft housing really different from the base model cars w/ steel driveshafts and the cop cars/Marauders w/ aluminum drive shafts?

They should be the same.

OK that's what I thought, I was confused when I read this post, that I was missing something.

They are definitely NOT the same. The police tailshaft housing is different than the non-police housing. I can't remember if it is longer or shorter, but it's definitely different.

Police models and Marauders have longer housings because they use aluminum driveshafts which are shorter.
