The Xcal 2's are no longer available except from stock on hand.

I've just been checking ebay for new ones and wanted to know the difference between the two. Also is this a one size fits all for fords? And do i only have to worry about the whole brdo calibration when i'm dealing with a custom tune? Thanks, i'm just still stuck in the carburator days.

they are phazing out the XCAL 2...
XCAL 3's have more memory, and quicker loading for data logging...
Otherwise they are the same...
