If so, based on the pictures:
mismatched paint (front fender vs. drivers' door), gap between drivers' front and back doors, pass. fender and front door do not match up, holes drilled in the center console (fleet maintenance = maybe an FHP car?), mileage, accident on record.

$9400 seems way, way high for this car.

Bet you it is a retired FHP vehicle.

I think all of them had the "Cobra" emblem added.

Also, no real temporary plate. Looks like something a kid would draw.

Wouldn't be a bad deal if it was 1 or 2k less.

Fleet maintained isn't a bad thing. At least you know it's been taken care of mechanically.

Judging by the mismatched paint, it has been through alot. It could've been the one that went into a tree or pole way back when.
