Problems with the CD changer

My trunk CD changer has error'd out about 5 times in the last two months. When changing a CD, it seems to fault and I have to release the unit from the trunk to reset it. Anyone seen such problems? I can't recreate it at will which means the dealer won't be able to.

Are you using the same CD's, or different ones?

My changer will not play CDs with labels, no matter how well they appear to be attached to the CD. Some of my own burned CD also will not work in the trunk unit. Everything works in the dash unit.

You need to return the unit and have it exchanged

and I've tried different sets so I think it is the changer.
