    20 MPG City ?

Ok I'm doing my best to stay off the happy pedal , to see if I can achieve 20 mpg (city) on the Marauder.
I have not been totally faithful, this morning I was pulling away from a light next to a guy and what appeard to be his son, in a Mercedes 55AMG I had to stoke the guy a few time before he matted the pedal.
I pulled a carlength and game over, he lifted.
#1 closest guess to the mileage (mpg) wins, #2 closest guess to the miles(trip set) when the "low fuel" light comes on.
Example: 325.3 low fuel 19.781 MPG
    Can I do IT?
I am @ 165 miles, with a little more than half a tank, by the fuel guage.
Last tank was at 280mi. , when the "low fuel " light came on.

The hardest part is keeping your right foot under control. Lots of luck, I can't do it.

Good luck with this..The only way I stay off the go-pedal is to park it. I just couldn't wait long enough to see that low-fuel light come on. I have been in my wife's car and seen it, but never in any car I've owned. The lowest I will go is a 1/3 of tank.

not bad for 4:10's and a Blower!

    Thumbs up

Finally, some highway miles, getting out to Byron Dragaway 70+ miles one way, produced 18.5 mpg, including seven passes.
I was very pleased with these results.

No way. You can't assume the gage is at all linear either. This car is too heavy for that kind of city MPG. Gas mileage is certainly not the forte of this car/engine combo.

I hope I never hit 20 MPG anywhere with my Trilogy Marauder. It simply means I am NOT having enough fun!

I usually get 18 city and 22 highway. My best was a hair short of 24 all highway with the A/C on. I made 400 mile ...... with the low fuel light on for quite a while. I made the wife all nervous!

18/22 sounds like what I get. Compared to my previous 19/29 mpg Acura TL type S, which was actually faster stock, it sure doesn't seem like much
