I would consider using a clay bar with a good lubricant to remove this.

Isopropyl Alcohol will remove tree sap like nothing else and will not hurt the paint!!

Between bottle and brush is the sticky. The dots in the sky are them. A zillion - heaviest towards the brush and runs off front half of front fender.

The products I used. Tried the multi clean by itself the other day with some success, but required to much down force.

Today used Awesome followed by multi clean to was away film and last quick click.

A few stray dots here and there but no scars.

It was best if I let Awesome sit for a few minutes. Required numerous applications.
