J-mod and now down on power

I infected a neighbor with Lil' sis and he decided to J-Mod
    His 2004 PI .
It shifts fine all forward gears , but it is down on power.
The trans was just rebuilt months ago
    Any help
    Would be appreciated!

    Question

On further investigation no filter in the valve body was visible, this time I insisted the dielectric grease on all electric connections and cleaning the valve body be done with brake cleaner .
working on a black cinder driveway and no clean work space (bench) is not ideal.

Inside the valve body there are a couple small Filter/screens
Lonnie Doll told me that one of them is to protect the sensor responsible for the pressure.
After talking with him we broke all the rules on performing this mod.
The car had way too many miles on it by the look of the magnet being full of friction material.
Well the car had enough power to grenade the diff on the last test beat down.
Lonnie said he gets several call every month regarding issues of people attempting this mod following the instructions posted by Steve @ CVN dot net.
I had my rebuilder follow these instructions he had a revised seperator plate and much experience with CVPI's .
Both Panthers I drive have been rebuilt by the same guy and I've never experienced any problems.

178,000 trans had 30K since it was replaced with a rebuilt .
Even in the how to video they warn about not performing the mod on a trans that has much wear and tear

I'm surprised Lonnie doesn't have the answer, since he is such an expert lol.

If your tranny is being rebuilt, do the J-Mod and you'll be OK. Since the OP said the magnet in the tranny pan was full of debris, nothing short of a rebuild will fix that tranny.
