From what I've seen the crusher on the 2.9 aint worth it. The original inlet does the job, now on the 3.4 it's a whole different story. The stock inlet is a restriction for that blower. Money could be best spent other places if you have the 2.9. Just pulley that thing down get it into its sweet spot and enjoy it.

With that being said I do want to see what the crusher can do for the smaller 2.3 Whipple when one spins it past 21 psi but I can't find any information on someone using it on a 2.3

What were you torque numbers with the 2.3 CWright?
If it's cheap and reliable it isn't fast

dang, CWright you got me really thinking of going in a different direction with my build it was going to be a 5.3L with a "little" VMP 2.3 TVS, but I love the way a 2.9 Looks in the engine bay. might just go with a Teskid stroked and add the 2.9 next year.

The second picture you posted is that your garage lighting up the engine bay or the light under the hood?

It's the LED lights shining down from under the hood. It was still dark outside and I left the lights off in the garage. It really caught my eye.

Fastblackmerc actually did the install for me. I'm out of town right now but when I get back next Saturday I'll send you a pict. Also hit up Jim and he can tell you what he put in there. They give it a nice glow.
