'03 Mustang - possible tune issue, or not...?

Update on the tune: I contacted Bama and had them adjust the timing back a couple of degrees across all tunes, and it fixed the issue. Car runs like a ***** ape now.

Hmmm, that valve clatter was detonation after all.

Yeah. I told dad to keep a close ear out for it. He's not nearly as diligent about that sort of stuff as I am.

Then again, at 62, I'd say he's earned the right to beat the piss out of his car if so chooses.
