Part# for adjustable pedal rocker switch?

    Hey all,

I'm on the verge of ordering a servo exhaust cutout for my '03 300A. My intent is to mount a switch on the panel next to the existing pedal height control switch.

I wanted to use the same switch as the foot pedal control so that it looked fairly stock. (And the pedal switch should meet the requirements of the servo control, which is a normally closed, two position rocker.)

Does anyone know the part# for the factory switch?

    Thanks!

I believe you could get the dash panel for a 300B and it will have both the pedal and t/c switches with it. Then you and use that panel and have stock looking mounting for the two switches too.
Thanks to Darrin @ BC Automotive:

Fordnut's right. The panel comes with the switches. I think when I ordered one it asks for built before or after 10/15/02. You want the one that is after 10/15/02 if it offers that choice, otherwise ask for the one with traction control. It's the 2 button panel.

As others have mentioned ... the switch does come with the molding panel. However, I have a spare panel and the switch. Will offer you the switch for a buck or two over the S/H co$t ( which shouldn't be all that much ).

    Sales-pitch ... It's used ( < 5times ) and from a 2003 Crown Victoria ( and "Yes", it's the same part for the Marauder ).

-or- if the Traction Control switch is more your fancy - have that too.

Let me know if you're interested. PM -or- Email > gdmjoe@bellsouth.net

Anyone have an interior shot of what the two button panel looks like? And is the Traction Control switch the same size as the pedal control? (Since I would be mounting two pedal control switches in the panel).

Thanks for the excellent suggestion by the way. Until now - I was planning on attacking my panel with a dremel........

This was the only pic I could find quickly. I'm sure there are closeups in the gallery somewhere. Trust me, use the panel. I'm good with a dremmel, but one wrong move, and the panel is done.

    Barry - Thanks!

Cruz - those red seat inserts are pretty cool. I don't suppose that was free, eh?
