Just BTW like many part listings, Rockauto included, it pays to look up sister vehicles. For example the 03 Marauder listings do not include the motorcraft BCU. The Grand Marquis listings do. Though Standard usually makes a good product.

Also they show the regular resistors for manual climate control under Marauder. Marauders did not offer manual climate control.

Fastblackmerc made you a nice offer.

    ^^^what FBM said^^^

If you can beg/borrow/steal another EATC head unit, it's a lot easier to swap than the BCM, then at least you'd know for sure.

All you have to do is unplug the BCM and plug in the new one

That harness for the BCM is 3 feet long, so diagnosing BCM vs eatc is easier if you have spares of each

Op if the blower motor works when you apply voltage to it, why not do what 10 people in this thread said to start with

    BCM Blower Control Module
It's what supplies voltage to the blower motor, look up repair, it's easy to fix

Congratulations to all who guessed BCM, you were correct! I was in a pinch for time and got a new one, complete with lifetime warranty, at AutoZone. This was not even three months ago. Today, the blower decided not to work for two hours. Then I stopped for gas and it changed it's mind and worked the entire rest of the day. I've been told AutoZone is junk but Damn. Not worth buying, even with a forever warranty, if you gotta replace it every two months!

Seems like hard parts...calipers, rotors, water pumps etc are fine, but VatoZone electrical stuff is hit-or-miss. I replaced the brake light switch in my MGM with a Duralast (AZ house brand) and it was fine for a while, then failed just like the original. Bought a genuine Motorcraft replacement and it's right as rain now.

That's why I suggest getting genuine Ford parts for hard to get to parts like the BCM & Blend Door Actuator. I'd even repair the new BCM before I swapped it out. The actuator is about $75.00 and the BCM is around $50.00.

Agree.... should have been mounted on the top of the case.
