Hoses, orifice tube, pag oil, o rings and I would check the accumulator for rust
It's on the front of the engine ish and covered in foam, tends to rust out over time

At least triple check the accumulator please, it'll be the next item to break if you don't replace it

At the very least replace the receiver dryer (accumulator), orifice tube and all the o-rings.

Thank you all three. As so many parts are being replaced, I am thinking of letting my local Ford dealership do the work. Of course, the Killer Chiller KC will install.

    Advice?

What is the difference between this system - link

    and

the parallel system for supercharger application - link?

As I will be installing an ADTR Vortech blower, which system should I purchase, please?

killer chiller designed for a roots blower, not a centri since it is not using an internal coolant intercooler below the blower. you'll use an air to air intercooler out front behind grille, bumper

has anyone done it? water to air and custom built killer chiller ? I wouldn't think it is needed. justbob for instance, never has an iat issue with his F1 and a proper air to air intercooler

At the PSI you have previously referenced the only reason you would need it is if you have low octane fuel.

The receiver/dryer bolted to the frame rail is steel and rusts out. Change it out for an aluminum one, possibly from Rockauto. Lighter too, LOL.

As far as I could tell those systems are intended to cool the liquid in a liquid/air heat exchanger. The ADTR kit uses air/air intercooling. I don't think the Killer Chiller is compatible with air/air, although surely something could be made up.

I would put this in the category of try the standard setup first and see if there is an intake air temperature issue. I suspect there won't be.
