Glad to hear you and Debbie are not injured and ok. Sorry about the car, it looks fixable, just probably won't be cheap and I don't think the insurance company will wanna do anything but total it. May be better to take the pay out and find another clean marauder, maybe even supercharged and take it from there.

Agree with pretty much everyone else; glad you're both okay but that car's definitely a total in the insurance world.

Darren offers valid advice - fight the insurance company as long as you can, because their first three offers for the car won't be insulting...they'll be comedic. Thennnnnn you'll get to insulting offers, and then maybe by the eighth offer you get something reasonable.

I got several thousand extra out of my Grand Marquis by playing hardball with LibMu.

Update: The estimate looks promising!

Hadn't heard from the other guys insurance co, called the sheriff department about the police report, had to send a S.A.S.E. Just faxed it and the estimate to them yesterday. They claimed that they hadn't heard from him, but she said his last name before I got it completely spelled.

Made a plexiglass window, and cleaned up the glass, leaving for the ABT in a couple hours. There was a chance of snow this morning, so the good one's streak of no snow/salt is continuing a little longer!
