At MO'S dynoing the car , made 660 RWHP on the first pull , then belt slip at the s/c pulley showed up, and I'm thinking stiffer valve springs may be in order.

The crash bumper offers no structural integrity between the 2 frame rails?

Yes the crash bumper does offer protection , but it wasn't happening with that 6" thick ProCharger intercooler in there.

What I meant was, does the crash bumper help with tying the frame rails together, not just crash protection. Is the complete frame of the car going to lose rigidity due to the removal of the crash bumper? I've had an idea to remove mine for an upgrade I want to do, that's why I'm asking.

Belt alignment is critical. One washer makes the difference. At operating temp everything expands and can change the alignment.
Trial and error is the only way to get it true. You need a tech with patience and determination.
The Vortech High Traction S/C pulley is a quality product.
    Good Luck.

This is a full frame RWD car, not a Unibody , the crash bumper protects the front of the car if a front impact occurs , it had to go to make room for the intercooler, car is as rigid as ever.

I truly dont know what else to say to you, once again the belt alignment is perfect, we sandblasted the rib surface of the pulley, and cut slots in it, that took care of the slip at the S/C pulley, if it were an alignment issue it would be eating ribs off the belt which its not, and no belt dust what so ever.

As mentioned before 660RWHP was the best we could do once the belt slip issue was addressed, valve float was present above 6500 rpm, so ill install better valve springs, and titanium retainers to sustain higher boost pressure. we set it at 18* of timing, and 640RWHP, my IATs were right around 85-90*
