    Spreading the word about Marauders

I find myself often educating people about the existence of marauders here in B.C at work or wherever i may go. Anyone else ever find themselves to be a sort of encyclopedia?

It's crazy that very few round here recognize em for what they are. I do love seeing wide eyes when i say theres a Mach1 under the hood

I hope one day she will receive the recognition she deserves.

No matter where I go with the MM I always get questions about it.... even at "All Ford " car shows.

I've been finding that too. Then there's always the stray idiot that starts telling YOU about the car, and thinks it's a Grand Marquis.

It's funny how my coworkers make fun of me saying that I have a big land boat but ones they get to ride the car when we go to lunch they always tell me hit the gas and they can't believe it's that's fast

Usually followed with " does it still have the cop chip installed"?

Faithfully spreading the word for 33 years. I don't think it's changed much in all of that time, both cars included. Most people don't have a clue. It's refreshing when you get to talk to someone who really knows.

I like what you've done with that cop car.
Why did you put chrome rims on a cop car?
Why did you put MA-ROUD-ER on the back bumper?

Most of the things I hear.
I quit trying to tell people about it because it goes one of 2 ways.
    1. They know someone that has a friend that has one so they know more about it then you do.
    2. Still say it's a special addition cop car.

It is nice to teach those who are willing to listen though.

In the one and only car show I entered my car in, I put the Marauder certificate, along with the HotRod magazine blurb on the front of the engine compartment to help stop the dumb remarks.
