    Tuned and gears!

Just back from our 1900 mile round trip to Dallas. Made the trip into a before school road trip with my 13 year old daughter. There were 7 other Rauders at shop. Marty and Jeff got us in (with appointment) gears swapped and an excellent tune in a day.

Car made about 383 before his tune and then made 429PH at the tire after. More important is now it is not a slug off the start and around town. Before the tune the transmission tune was horrible. Now it shifts firm, but still like a cozy car should at around town throttle.

Only unexpected occurrence is the common axle damage around the outer bearings, but the shop had a set delivered the same day so it did not slow us down much.

Marty and Jeff helped us pick a good hotel instead of a local flea trap. Also got an opportunity to meet Mrs MO and see the kids and toys.

Only thing I didn't remember to do was get some Mo memorabilia. I will be forwarding a check for a shirt or two soon!

    Thanks guys.

Yeah the old shop said it made 424 at the tire, but i wonder about their perimeters they put in the dyno. You could make it show 1000hp by changing the inputs. I bet MO's dyno is conservative as there was a stock looking fox body on the rollers right after mine and it only made 195-200 at the tire.

Bradshaw, it was great seeing you and meeting you in person.

Never mind the cars for a second, I am sure you realize how lucky you are to have such a FANTASTIC daughter!!! MIzz MO and I could not stop talking about her and how pleasant and polite she is. This planet needs a bunch more kids like that!!!!!

Hard to think those old 5.0 were so weak in hp!

What gear ratio you go with 4.33 ? We need to get you and Neil in a race, then you guys will inspire others here in town to get. Gofastitis.

    Glad everything went smooth

Bradshaw glad Mo helped you out. He helped my Dad out with his 03 Harley Truck with a SCT4 and some tunes. Glad he got your car sorted out. KC tuners suck.
