Dont worry their isnt a SC kit out there for the Marauder anymore unless you find someone willing to part with theirs. FIT Gone, Trilogy Gone, Dennis Reinhart kit....? If you do the Eaton swap you can easily upgrade to a Whipple down the line.

That's a beautiful setup. From reading reviews for other options, this was not your first set up? Hope its not a touchy subject, but if you don't mind me asking, why the switch?

I definitely need to get in touch with this Mo you speak of lol. His work does look good.

Oh yes, I know these videos.

Darn, I really wanted to stay away from the bottom of the motor but I just don't think it's gonna be possible. I know 450hp seems to be the general rule mentioned, but what have you guys been getting up to with these stock bottom ends without issue?

Zack was running 480+ on the Eaton swap on his Blue before it got wrecked.

There are a bunch of us in the 430 - 460 range that aren't having any issues.

The weakest link in the stock motor is the rods, and the biggest single causes of failure seem to relate to pre-detonation and fuel starvation. So, if you don't go crazy on the timing, and you give the motor plenty of (constant) fuel pressure; the stock lower ends should be good for anything approaching 500 hp.

If you want to make over 500 hp, plan on spending rising at an expotential rate, as it starts getting expensive at about that point.
