I trailered my car twelve hours for a tune to Marty because as I see it there is no other choice and the communication was always addressed within seconds and I never once had to question their guidance. Even on the conference call between Marty, Jeff, Mz Mo, and myself when we nailed down supporting parts for my build while they were eating Sunday dinner!!!
As for his personality, he bent over (luckily backwards) and literally rolled out the red carpet for my copilot Brandon and myself. No B.S. It was almost as if the keys to the shop, mz Mo's phone number, food, and anything else I could dream up was waiting for us! (Er disregard the phone number part Marty. You know, A&B, C your wait out she said 
)
Seriously, over the top RESPECT received, and that is my BIGGEST motivator over power and numbers any day.. But they even took the time to make sure that was over the top as well! Jeff nearly made me poopie my own pants in my own car! Now THAT is an accomplishment!
