Why replace a rusted out piece of junk with another piece of junk. Just get heater hose and be done with it.

neater is feeding the heater with a rear cooling mod, cut the bung off the cot, weld the hole, smooth it and re-powdercoat the cot.
basically eliminate it all together

right I want it back stock, and I'm going to have it Powder coated
