    Nitto Motivo

Just put a set of Nitto Motivos in OEM sizes on all four corners. So far so good. I'll get to see how they perform out on a distance run on the trip to Marauderville 14 in Cleveland, OH in a couple weeks.

Except for a set of Goodyear Eagle F1 D3-GS on the rear back in 2008, my Marauder has only seen the BFG g-Force T/A KDWS over its entire life. Tread on the rears barely passed inspection a couple weeks ago. The inspector also noted that all 4 tires were showing signs of dry rot. Pretty sure all of them exceeded the recommended 7 years from manufacture date. Based on input from folks here on the MM.Net, I decided to give the Nitto Motivos a try. With the 235/50/18s up front and the 245/55/18s on the rear. Maybe next time, I go up to the rear 255/55/18s.

I've been running them for years and they have stiffer side walls than a lot of other tires I've tried. I run them at 38psi

I just put Motivos on the rear of mine. They were good on the way out to see my Brother in Connecticut. Poured the entire way there and back. No worries with 436 RWHP. Waaaaayyyy better on the way home.

We added new power stop rotors and carbon fiber ceramic pads. and front and rear sway bars. and new watts link. This Marauder handles better than anything I have ever driven, including the 1994 Jaguar XJ12. The Detroit Trutrak differential sure helps a lot too.

More fun to drive with the MT slicks though (not in the rain)

Just made the trip to Cleveland, OH for Marauderville 14. It was 800 miles round trip in both wet & dry conditions plus a bunch of local mileage. Not a problem. New Nitto Motivos push rain like a champ even in the heaviest downpours. I like the Nitto Motivos a lot. Really didn't see much difference in actual performance from the OEM BFGs. Time will tell on how the mileage works out on the fronts and rears. I was getting 36K front and 21K rears. Still using 35 psi front and 38 psi rear.

Yup, I like them too. Drove out to Cleveland and back through one or two torrential rain storms and had no concerns. Handled the road and the rain just fine.
