In need of a motor help!!!!

Soooo I finally found out what was wrong with my car. Took it to a local shop and they said the motor was locked! I always changed my oil regularly but they said there was no oil in it. Then they said Ford didn't have an engine to sale me and they didn't have anyone that would rebuild it with a warranty a! Huh??? Soon now I'm at a standstill. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Buy a decent shortblock like one of these. http://www.modularmotorsportsracing....roducts_id=333

Get a new oil pump, head bolts, gaskets and have your heads repaired.

You might need new cams if you ran it low on oil...

That or buy a aviator motor and swap your stuff back on it, back up sooner

MMR's reputation has been declining the last few years. There are much better choices to consider, chief among them, "Livernois Motorsports".

    Good to hear

I was just mentioning to buy a built shortblock and build on top of it

If ya want cheap, just get a reg 4.6 shortblock and toss all the marauder stuff on it. Five hundred dollar beater motor
