I've had headlight troubles with both of my silver Marauders; one stock, one Vortech and much nicer with lots of upgrades and improvements.
So, all you out there with unreliable head lights, call Ford customer service at 866 436 7332 and give them your VIN. The relays in side the black box go bad and usually they have intermittent problems and then they go "belly up" months or a few years later. That is what I've experienced and many other people too. LCM, I think, lighting control module is 200 + so Ford in providing new ones and having them installed. If yours has worked o.k., well, it is a matter of time. So, a "little white lie" that your headlights blink off and on from time to time would't be totally the wrong thing, because 100:1 it will happen soon if it hasn't happened yet.
