Im looking for 2003 300A Marauder seats or seats cover.

Went to a detailing shop and they burnt my seats with chemical

I would want there insurance company number to file a claim. If the insurance company cant find you some seat covers they should cut you check and then you have to get them made somewhere. I am sure the insurance company will depreciate the covers but why should you have to cover the full amount?

Can you file a claim in court? Sue the company for damages?
As a last resort, will your own insurance company cover the cost?

Even if i file a claim what they will do?? They will say find yourself used seats, and thats what im doing a head.

As for my insurance unfortunately 2003 cars are not fully as they became old. My insurance only covers accidents repair to the other party, and i pay for repairing my own car.

I am unaware of the judicial system of where you are located, but here and in many other jurisdictions, you merely have to show the damages (pictures are usually sufficient) and provide two to three written estimates of costs of repair. Since it sounds like the company already admitted their negligence and you have the pictures to prove it, it may be a simple open and shut case. The courts will then order the party that caused the damages to cut a check. If your judicial system works in a similar manner, you may receive a check for MORE than what you will end up paying to buy new seats or seat covers.

What did they put on the seats???

Apparently some sort of cleaning chemical that supposed to be mixed with water.
They didn't mix, and used it straight away.
