Head over to Bremerton and tell the Navy your a tax payer and you want a ride in a submarine.

Check out the Jimi Hendrix museum it's not far from the space needle ( probably worth a look too, if the line isn't miles long), it is connected to the TV/Movie space paraphernalia museum. Both paid for by Paul Allen. Take the city bus tour. It will give you a good idea of what's where. Pike Place Fish market is interesting if you get there when the fish guys are doing their shtick, otherwise its a big tourist trap full of dust collectors. Heard but never found the donut shop that is supposed to make great donuts in or near the market. Maybe one of the locals knows where it is. Best view of Seattle is from the harbor so if there is a harbor tour it's probably worth the mullah, Check and see if Mebot has his yacht out of dry dock first, I hear it puts Leo DiCaprio's to shame We were there for only a day before leaving for Alaska so we saw only a few things. Maybe Starbucks has a factory tour.

Jim just replied to your PM. As Logizyme said there is a good contingent of Panther folks here. 98037 is in Logizyme and my neck of woods. Would be happy to show you around to a couple good microbreweries in the area.

I will be out of town June 15-18, but will be available to meet up June 19-20.

    Look forward to seeing you!

Also, this thread should be moved to Emerald City Marauder sub-forum so it won't get lost in the Lounge and we can easily check in on it as your dates get closer.

One of your zip codes is in Ballard... Microbrew capitol of the Northwest. Have a great time and keep your fingers crossed for blue skies.

I enjoyed 1) taking the ferry out to Bainbridge Island and 2) touring the Seattle Underground.

Over a three month period back in the 90's, my company was relocating it's corporate headquarters from NJ to Seattle (tax purposes). It was cheaper for the company to rent a downtown Seattle condo than to utilize hotels.

I felt like I was living in a Frasier episode.

    Hey Jim

Those dates actually work better on my schedule now.

On Sunday 26 May there's a car show in Mukilteo at the Historic Aviation Museum (next to BOEING's Paine Field)

Check out the fish market downtown, plenty of good eats and brews to be had in that neighborhood.

I was going suggest hopping over to NW Montana and I would show you Glacier National Park ... doesn't really sound possible. Will try to bounce my sked to come over there.
