    The air brakes on the rear carrier suddenly applied. Must have broken a line.

    wasn't rear air brakes..the dolly drifted right and hit the curb/median. I worked for a trucking comp. that specializes in that stuff..They have 4 -19 axle trailers now..good for 300,000 lbs. over the road. That beam was prolly about 75,000 lbs or so..depending on which state it was in as it was only on 6 axles.

    Looks like the rear wasn't tracking properly.
    was farther over to the right and struck the concrete barrier.

    Yes on the drift to the right. It hit the end of a Jersey wall barrier divider with the right side duals. At the beginning of the video, the trailer seemed to be tracking fine before the turn.

    I blame the spotter for that one. It's pretty clear in the video it wasn't tracking correctly after the turn and he should have told the driver to stop.
