Hibernate your Marauder Yes or No?

So winter is close at hand or as in my case in full swing.

    Two questions

#1 Do you park your marauder for the winter, yes or no?

#2 Do you drive it in the snow, and if so share your experiences of a Marauder in the snow?

Personally I hibernate my silver birch until late April as I cannot imagine subjecting it to the salt, although I think it would be a blast to drive in the snow.

I actually miss a rear wheel drive car in the winter, but fear the salt .

I thought about posting a thread similar to yours but you beat me to it. But to answer your question, no hibernation for mines. I have three cars but no garage so even if I don't drive it, the weather would pound the paint all winter. My methods are: keep good wipers, wash as soon as the snow clears, keep ice off, and wash when its dry outside. I never let the tank go under half. Oh, and the BF Goodies are pretty good in the snow when driving. Since I joined the site, I learned that taking air out the tire would help the car hook better. So I might try this method for the snow. The only problem I have is when the snow gets as tall as the willis tower. I hate digging it out.

I drive a Volvo in the winter and fortunately I can run studs legally on my winter tires which is very helpful on ice, and I always use gas line antifreeze.

Mine is disassembled so yeah you could say its in hibernation. With the mood I've been in it can stay there indefinitely..

Mine as well. Not just for winter though. If it is raining, or the boys have practice/game down the 1/4 mile of dirt/gravel road - then the truck comes out.

Mine are in hibernation from about November to late March, every year.

No hibernation, but no driving in rain, snow or sprayed road deicing liquid.

I will park it for the winter in the morning when I get off work. I just got it back from the body shop today, after waiting 2 extra days for the roads to clear from the first snow. I am going to miss driving it, I went almost 2 weeks without it while it was getting repaired and that seemed like forever.
