I'll give you the very short answer to your question -- NO, it won't fit under the hood of an MM.
Now, if you want to research the topic in detail, pls be our guest. First problem is you need a NEW higher hood for engine clearance. Then there are other issues that you must overcome.

It will fit. Cowl hood, aftermarket AC, modify ws wiper housing, swap brake booster to hydra-boost.

Will not fit with out a cowl hood. That and some new accessory brackets would be your biggest and most expensive issues. The 4r70w will bolt up 100% and will take the power of a 4v Nav motor even the wiring harness will work assuming there is enough slack in your to overcome the 5.4L deck height difference or you can just piece together one from the Nav. Personally a 331 stroked 4.6 block would be my choice check out D.S.S. for already done short blocks.
