I've never used the kits but it is easy to do.

Call 1-800-FORD-788 and press "1". Have the last 6 of your VIN handy. You will get the numbers for FREE. You'll pay $$$ for the certificate.

MM traded in 8/9/13 @ 128909 miles. It was fun for almost 8 years. I met airmercpun on 1/17/14. He was the new owner of my former ride. -Now gone.

Update: back in the game with a late build 03 GMGS with some MM add ons like Escape audiophile radio w/Sirius sat radio, rear sway bar, catback exhaust, and header panel.

    Rest In Peace:

See my garage file for part numbers and whatnot.

IMHO, this site- the members that I chat with- and the ones that I now Hang with- are like my 2nd family. There is such an ongoing welcome feeling here that even members who don't or no longer own the MM can feel.

The question is why would you want to do such a thing the RAS is pretty reliable and it is usually cheaper, quicker and easier to fix the problem than convert to archaic steel springs.

    Big +1.

Did this to my MM through suncore when my rear bags wouldn't hold air any more, used the HD spring kit. Super easy, never have to worry about it again, great predictable firm rear handling.

Same exact thing I did MrBluGruv. Question for you though, is you air suspension light still on? I turned off the motor but never pulled the fuse so the light just stays on all the time. Doesn't bother me that much though.

I no longer have the car, but I never had a problem with the light staying on.

This may be a silly question or it may not, but have you turned off the air suspension switch in the trunk? If I remember, it's located on the driver side inner fender area inside the trunk.

I did, but the instructions indicate also pulling the fuse/relay for the motor (which i never did) so I'm just guessing you did more than likely did do that. Either way like i said it doesn't bother me.

I honestly, don't recall, but I'm pretty sure I didn't have to worry about a fuse...

Maybe there is something else going on?

As I understand Arnott Industries are the primary manufacturer in air suspension as in clio kit conversions this is the site address ( www.arnottinc.com) you can request the catalog too. My Panther have the RAS removed but I have plans to get the complete Air suspension kit including compressor.
