I dont' think anyone has ever really shown here on MM.net that and x pipe or h pipe is much different in anything other than sound..x pipe can sound a little raspier..I'm even considering changing my x pipe to a h pipe. Maybe I'm wrong but have not seen anyghting to change my mind..They prolly work well with a mustang..much shorter exhaust system

I agree, an x pipe will work well for flow/scavenging if it is as close to the headers as possible, but the exhaust system can't be that long for a performance standpoint. On our cars X vs. H is just for sound, unless you dump it before the axle.
With my exhaust I will be going with an H. Just a sound preference. I don't want to sound like every SN95/New Edge around me with an or/x pipe and flowmasters.

Confusion will be my epitaph...
Home of the Berserker Marauder, one of the ancient Norse warriors legendary for working themselves into a frenzy before a battle and fighting with reckless savagery and insane fury, held to be invulnerable...shirtless regardless of wounds...(possibly due to ingestion of psychotropic and hallucinatory drugs such as Fly Agaric Mushrooms)...

Venomous Racing 1, sold me a snakebite full exhaust system made in part by him for my Ram SRT10. The X pipe is exactly that one in 3". I have not installed it yet, but I have heard his truck in person and it sounds mean. Check it here:
