    Look closely at the second picture.

    That is a 1/16" spacer so the wheels clear the calipers.

    I always thought the spacer was to protect the aluminum hat

    Yeah, KNS probably doesn't sell a TCE kit.

    Good question by the OP, KNS sells the best available replacement rotor for the Baer kit, it is made by DBA.

    DBA has a lot of brake kits, so there should be a hat that would fit, and the calipers on most upgrade kits are standard PBR units. All it would take is brackets and hoses.
