    Sparta control Arm squeak

What type of grease is recommended for the Sparta Control Arms? After installing a year and half ago, I'm getting a squeak when I go over speed bumps. The installation kit came with a red grease that I applied, but not sure what it's called. These are Polyurethane/Delrin bushings.

Use a full synthetic grease like Amsoil chassis/suspension grease.

Picked up some Mobil 1 synthetic grease and applied liberally to my control arms and watts link. Took for a test drive and squeak is gone.

IMHO... you should only use synthetic grease on non-rubber bushings.

I grease mine, front & rear sway bars, upper & lower rear control arms and Watts link twice a year.

I'm going to start making this a habit now. I bought a large container of Mobil 1 synthetic grease so this will last awhile. I will lube up everything when I oil my cold air filter (once in spring, once in the fall)

How are you greasing them? I get mine in a tube for a grease gun.

Standard on the Metco arms and Watts link. Had to add to the Addco sway bars.

    Bump:

I recently installed QA1 single adjustable coil overs in the front and shocks in the rear. I'm sitting a little lower now, but I still have the rake I like. I'm noticing significant grunts, squeaks and groans over every dip, bump and snag in the road.

My question is: by altering the ride height of my car, will all my suspension parts need to be regreased? I guess I with the height adjustment I may have altered the dynamics. But wanted to see if anyone had any insight
