Recommend that all travelers allow a little extra time to get to Cooters. I anticipate that traffic on 29/211, 340, and I-81 will be heavier than usual as people from the Concrete & Asphalt Jungle head out to Skyline Drive and Shenandoah Valley to see the peak color foliage this weekend.
