To add to what FBM told you, if it was just your O2 and catalyst monitors that were turned off, it should be fairly quick...maybe only a day or two...but other monitors (like EGR and EVAP) require specific conditions to be met, including ambient temp, fuel level, number of cold starts, and so forth, so they may take a while longer.
Many code readers have an "OBD-II check" function that will tell you the monitors' state in real time.

I had a similar problem.

AND dont forget, you need to drive around foir a while (each car is different...) I suggest turning car on and off a few times, 20 minutes freeway, fill the gas tank again (open tank / close tank) a few times... and generally let the car "reset".
And a general excuse to ROMP on it a few times

I opted to buy an OBD tool that shows emmissions readiness. Plug it in, leave it on the drive cycle screen, and see when the monitors set. it only takes a 30 minute ride starting with ~ 1/2 tank of gas if you do a few stop lights and a stretch of highway.
Benefit is, the tool data logs, fits a zillion cars, clears MIL lights, and has tons of data vs the SCT data logging.
Worth it if you have other OBD11 cars that might need diagnosis. ~$135.

Do not fill the gas tank when trying to complete a drive cycle, most cars will not run the EVAP test with a full tank. You should also not do WOT as that is not a part of the monitoring and if a miss is going to occur WOT is the most likely time it will happen.
Yup, if you follow the specific drive cycle, and even if you don't but drive in a reasonable manner in varried conditions you should be able to get it to complete all monitors in 15-30 minutes provided you do not have a full or empty tank of gas and the ambient temps are not excessively high or low.
