I do remember that couple members here have them just need to get in contact and see if they can machine one up for me......any help would be great.

Out of curiosity. Has any Trilogy owner tried asking Jerry Barns about getting some hubs made to use with Metco pulleys as an upgrade for more boost?

Eaton Swap + 4.10's = Wreeeeeeeeeedom!!
I'm a machinist, I could make you one for $1000.
You "feel" the difference because you want to "feel" the difference. Since you just spent money on the upgrade you "have" to feel the difference
I'm looking to eliminate the double pump process I have to follow right now to get the pedal hard

Hello,
Would these hubs have the correct spacing for the twin screw? I can't even find a smaller upper for the screw, Billet Flow said no to me twice. Anyone know of a reasonable alternative.
Thanks
May have interest depending on if I keep the T or make the switch to Whipple, or should I say how long I decide to wait.

The pulleys are custom to trilogys specifications made by billet flow I believe.
I may be wrong but I think vortech buys head units from lyshom in sweden and then vortech builds kits around the head units.
Whipple for the past few years has built there own head units, but in the past used lyshom.
Yep... that was a FUN project!!! I hope Nate's enjoying the results!!!!
When you cannot buy off the shelf... you need to adapt and overcome.
The machine shop who has the drawings and such has since been sold by my friend Tom. But... they may still have the specs? They are in Whitehall, PA and the name was Choice Precision Machine.

If you can get the specs, send them to Metco. Rick down there can prolly get a hub machined for you without too many problems. He doesn't like to duplicate parts that other machine shops may still be producing, but if CPM isn't doing them any longer, Rick doesn't have a problem with that.
