I liked the part about the billable hours which is good for the service dept. Someone spent a lot of time doing this. it was pretty funny with some of the lines they used. Did you notice the box of Agro Grow sitting there at the end!

I talked with an Eaton and Rockwell rep about this. Apparently there is a contest to come up with these skits and to pass them off as the most realistic presentation. The winner has to deliver the speel with a staright face and with props enough to convince the audiance that it's not gibberish. I have a video which is indentical in words except the guy is in front of a motor control center try to pass off the dingle arm and side fumbling. Funny stuff!
