I noticed I was getting alot of bugs and rocks entering the bumper and damaging the aluminum fins on the radiator. Being from the mustang crowd, I "borrowed" a mod the Cobra guys have been doing for awhile.
I went to Home Depot and picked up some aluminum rain gutter guard and fished it in behind the bumber cover and the plastic supports. You only need to remove 2 bumper body bolts to get it in there. I installed the bolt through the aluminum mesh for added support. You may have to bend it alittle to make it flush against the bumper. The results were a cleaner looking bumper and all debries stopped.
This really is a no brainer, cheep mod. You can paint this too. I painted the first one black, but I did not use good paint and it chipped. I swapped out the black for a new silver one and left it.
