I have a truck parts place near me that relines brake shoes, they will also reline just about any shoe. You might want to check to see who does it in...

If you have the car there ,there is a sticker on the drivers door front pillar about as high as the headlight switch that has that 4 digit code.

The only place I have found that has the kit with almost all Ford parts is MMR.
