Dorman Air Compressor

RockAuto has a Dorman air suspension compressor for $151.79. Has anyone purchased this air compressor for their Marauder? The Arnott model is $222.80.

I would be skeptical of it. I tried saving a few bucks buying a Sun Core unit, only to have it be as loud as my 5 gallon craftsman at home. Way too much noise and very embarrassing when it kicked on. Ended up buying the Arnott and selling my Sun Core for $50.

+2 on the Arnott unit.
Replaced the original compressor earlier this year. No worries.

The only "Dorman" stuff I'd use is, nuts, bolts and clips......

Unlike some people, I have never had any problem with Dorman products, and I highly recommend them (especially if they have a better price).

Use dorman all the time at work to fix customers junk. Never had an issue.
