I bought my 04 last Saturday, on Tues. DR did a little tuning, yesterday afternoon my assistant tried running his 25th anniversary GTI against me from a 60mph roll. For a second we were sise by side then I pulled away and kept pulling. Later last night coming from dinner with the wife, a V8 Dakota pulls up next to me at 45mph, revs the motor up and floors it. I immediately passed him and couldn't get slowed back down in time to stop for a yellow light. I really wanted to run him from the light. It's taken over a week but I finally go some action. I'll pick the car up after lunch from DR, I'm getting gears, sway bar, plugs, t-stat, and Oil Pressure gauge. Can't wait for more fun!
