Inner wheels coated ?

Cleaned up the inside of my wheels over the weekend after painting calipers and Roter hubs and Previous owner didnt clean the inside wheels , there better but just look plain silver and some pervious brake dust grim wont clean up

Anyone coat or paint theres different ?

I clear coated my OEM widened drag wheels on the inside.
