It requires special nobs to hold it, they usually come with the Grand Marquis I believe. I'm sure You can find them online.
It sits right inside as soon as You pop the trunk ok rear wall.

Transmission cooler is integral with the AC condenser in all 2006 through 2011 Panthers...so a Marauder trans cooler is not the same.
