Hello All, from the mid Atlantic area! New to the site, and have a small problem with my 2007 FORD CVPI.
Showing a P2272 code listed as a right downstream 02 sensor. After erasing the code several times with my reader, after the CEL came on each time, the car seemed to operate okay, but now, no CEL, and on a 17* morning, couldn't get it to start!
Question: could the o2 sensor keep the car from starting?
Thanks for your anticipated help, and allowing me to join a much envied group of MARAUDER OWNERS!:nworthy:

why did you just keep clearing the code and not change the o2 sensor?

Needs an O2 sensor and is not related to your no-start condition.

I concur.

The cold weather priestly claimed your battery as a victim. Is the car cranking at all?

I 2nd the concur.........

OP.. why would you not fix what was causing the code especially after it came back after it was cleared?

Bet it's the battery, terminals or cables.

Clearing the code doesn't "fix it"?

It's fixed until it happens again! :D:
