Does anyone know the length and width of the filter that's in front of this centri unit? I'm about to begin my procharger install and I would like to install a short style filter over the inlet.

Measure the onside diameter and how much room you have to work with and go to K&N or S&B's website.

S&B: http://www.sbfilters.com/

K&N: http://www.knfilters.com/

You can find something to use at Pepboys too.

Other members will disagree, but it worked fine for me.

I think your procharger inlet is larger than mines. Procharger measured mines at 3.75".

I believe that's what mine is. Regardless, it comes with slip adapters.

Heres a good article;

http://www.onallcylinders.com/2013/11/27/match-air-filter-size-engine/

127.2348 Current Filter Area
87.6481597 Min FA Required

I used 20,839 per K&N vs the 25,500 in this article.

It mentions nothing about being attached right to the blower. That changes everything.

I figured mine wouldn't hold up on the dyno. Surprisingly it well exceeded my needs.

When you gave me a tour of your car, I swear I didn't see a filter. I remembered the bell housing being on there.
