looking to find an o ring type fitting that fits right where the freeze plugs used to. just like this one just cheaper, and 1/2 npt threaded if possible:

if not, does anyone know the freeze plug diameter of the top rear freeze plugs?

Just buy Zack's kit and be done with it.
I'm out of fittings.
Not a lot of motivation to make more at this time.

Looks like I'll just order the mmr fittings. I like the o ring style with the hold down

Are you guys getting to these freeze plugs with just the upper intake off?

I believe you can do it without removing the intake.
Mine is an original DR kit so they off the rear of the heads.
You need to remove the wiper cowl and intake.
If you dont, your life will become very difficult.

So there you have it!
You can clean the intake and the cowl while your at it!
