Can the hose and tube (see red arrow below) be re-routed so as not to block the view of the engine? I am thinking down and then up again left of the alternator.

Any drawbacks to re-routing? Ideas are welcomed.

Then just run some -12 stainless hose however you want.

PTFE 12 stainless hose (http://www.summitracing.com/parts/ear-660012erl/overview/) - I assume I want the PTFE hose, yes?

I like Bob's idea except I am not fan of the stainless lines.

I would look for some of the black lines because they blend in or I would consider having BRG make some hard lines out of stainless piping and polish or powder coat it. The hard lines are available but they are not cheap.

Does someone at BRG Tig weld?

On3PERFORMANCE makes a better Xover delete kit , with mmr kit the Xover sensors are relocated, you have to buy a separate thermostat housing, and it doesn't look as clean as the on3performance kit.

Looks nicer but I have concerns about the drastic ID reduction restricting flow.

I've been running the on3performance kit on my new build, and the temps with a 170* thermostat are around 176* on a 91* summer day , the -10 lines are fine, and overheating is a nonfactor.

We were not huge fans of the On3 set up at the shop, so we do not recommend them either.

If the on3performance kit didn't work well, and efficient it wouldn't be on my car , it's the best Xover delete kit currently on the market.

Just an un-researched initial instinct concern, not stating fact.

Yes. BRG Racing has welding and fabrication equipment. Also, they are partners with a CnC service.

Only a difference of 1/8". It doesn't seem to take much to keep these engines running cool.

I can't locate any tech specs but it looks like the ID of the AN fittings is 1/2" vs, the OEM being what, 1.5" (guessing). This is why I would be doing more research my own peace of mind.

MOTOWN is running the fittings and tubing and stays cool. Maybe here in the Summer at 110 degrees. BRG Racing will use them or build something. That ugly bar cannot block my beautiful new engine.

This radiator, and dual fans combo would be perfect for your centri install, and you will have ample room to run a straight air intake tube as i did.

BRG Racing said the fittings and hose will work. With the Aeroforce Interceptor gauge monitoring temperature, I am good.
