Tonight entering in the apt garage on a decline and my brakes locked up  due to the ice/snow. I hit the garage door and it opens ripping off my grill and license plate holder.
The grill looks fine other than the brackets that hold it in place are broken. Can I glue or have new brackets added at a shop without having to buy a new grill?

You can buy an aftermarket grand Marquis grill on eBay for $40 and have the dealer paint it for $60 if You wanna go that route.

I cant just have tabs or something fabed onto the current grill to keep it in place?
You can re attach them with super glue, then JB weld all around the seams.
If the bottom mounts broke, that is much more difficult

If it doesn't glue back easily I've had great luck with Certifit.com grilles. Not sure on your color but they come already black on the cheap.
